Household services domain is highly dominated by local technicians. Current system is such that with lack of transparency in-terms of money and lack of proper response from technicians during the service. Technicians are habituated for providing such service from the beginning of their lives. But the expectations of customers are entirely different from the current trend what the technicians are following. We identified the gap and we decided to fill this gap with the technology and educating existing technicians.

There are so many works which cannot be standardized. Charges can be estimated only on the inspection of the site. In Jigydi, a supervisor will be present at the customer place when the worker visits the customer site and the supervisor will take care of estimations and negotiations.
